 Tell us a little bit about Callier's Catering. What makes your organization unique in St. Louis?

We've been family owned and operated for over 37 years in the West Saint Louis Area. We began our journey serving families in our deli style restaurant and began branching out when those families started coming to us and asking us to be a part of their celebrations (graduations, birthdays, showers, weddings, etc.). After many years of steadily growing and building a team that are passionate about events and catering, we still pride ourselves on giving each client the personalized service and attention their occasion needs and deserves. 

What item(s) do you guys provide that every bride should have on her menu?

Our appetizers! Most selections on our menu are made by hand, in-house and they speak volumes about how much we pride ourselves on the quality of our food. Customer favorites are our Bacon Goat Cheese Tartlets, Meatloaf Lollipops, and our Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms. 

What’s the most unique reception you’ve done in the last year and why? 

We worked with a wonderful couple and were able to provide our services for their two-night wedding celebration in late October. The festivities began with a modern day "Sangeet" celebration with beautiful, bold colors and decor at the City Museum. We had a multicultural menu with various foods featured at different stations throughout the venue space. Friday evening led perfectly into their Wedding Reception on Saturday evening at NEO on Locust which was a bit more of an elegant affair. Our team created an upscale but laid back dining experience by offering butler passed hors d'oeuvres, seated salad service, and food stations that encompassed our couple's favorite items (surf and turf, mac and cheese, etc). 

When Callier's Catering pops in someone’s mind, what’s the first thing you want them to think of?

We pride ourselves on our outstanding quality of food and our "signature service". We want our clients and their guests to remember the meal they had and to walk away with a pleasant memory of each aspect of the event. One thing we consistently hear from guests is "that was the best wedding meal we've ever had-- and everyone was so accommodating!"
