We can't say 'thank you' enough to the friends, families, and supporters that helped make Silver Oaks Chateau a reality. Without you, our crazy dream of building a French chateau from the ground up never would have come to life. Since breaking ground in 2014, we have been continually amazed to see one idea grow from a blueprint to a reality - a place of so much joy and significance for hundreds of families.
Silver Oaks Chateau has become our second home, and we are so glad to share it with you.

Meet the team
Sandi Tate, Co-Owner
As a co-owner of Silver Oaks, Sandi and her husband Ron, are the heart and soul of the venue. Sandi is a retired physician and has loved spending more time with her grandkids! As a master organizer, Sandi is invaluable during the wedding day and is known for keeping things running smoothly and on time. When she's not coordinating weddings, Sandi loves to decorate (you can thank her for the beauty of the bridal suite), spend time with family and friends, and travel.
Jenna Jordan, Venue Coordinator
Jenna grew up in St. Louis and attended Vanderbilt University for both college and graduate school. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with experience in marketing, website management, and event coordination. Jenna enjoys bringing together people and plans to make events run flawlessly. She discovered a love for the wedding industry when she turned her hobby of calligraphy into a little business, which brought her to Silver Oaks on several occasions. Between her creativity and knack for administration, Jenna is committed to making your most special day both beautiful and carefree. Jenna lives in Ballwin with her husband and three children (Annie, John Robert, and James) and can usually be found organizing gatherings of her family and friends when she’s not at Silver Oaks!
Vannessa Valere, Venue Coordinator
With a background in customer service and management at Nordstrom, Vannessa has a natural gift for anticipating needs and creating beautiful, seamless experiences. Her love for weddings runs deep; she delights in every detail, from the planning to the emotional moments that make each celebration unique. Outside of Silver Oaks, Vannessa homeschools her two children, ages 9 and 6, and enjoys crafting, spending time in nature, and finding creative ways to make everyday moments special. She believes the best part of her job is finding those little, unexpected ways to make a couple feel truly cared for on their wedding day.
Gabrielle Falciano, Director of Events
Gabby is a Long Island, NY native and moved to the St. Louis area in 2020. With a background in physical therapy and a passion for creating memorable experiences, Gabby brings a unique perspective to the wedding industry. Her commitment to fostering well-being extends beyond the clinic as she now focuses on curating spaces where love and celebration flourish. A meticulous planner and compassionate professional, Gabby is excited to bring her own touch to the Silver Oaks team! When not at Silver Oaks, she can be found traveling, trying new restaurants with her husband, Jordan, or going on long walks with her dog, Charlie.
Lexie Knight, Venue Coordinator
Lexie was born and raised in Missouri, attending Missouri State University in Springfield, where she majored in Organization Communications and minored in Creative Writing. In college, she helped manage some of her campus's large events, which led her to fall in love with event planning. Over the years, Lexie has helped run dozens of small and large events across the St. Louis area with all kinds of vendors and parties.
As a full-time freelance photographer and assistant to the Team Photographer of the St. Louis Blues, Lexie's passion lies in photography. Her attention to detail from a creative perspective ensures that your big day is covered from start to finish with no worries. Weddings can be stressful, but Lexie serves as a catch-all to keep all the day's events running smoothly.
Paula Barnabee, Venue Coordinator
Paula fell in love with our venue as a bride herself getting married here in early 2021. Having served as a Technical Sergeant of Aerospace Medicine for 13 years in the USAF she is never shy to take the lead and has turned her commitment to service into making wedding dreams come true for every bride she meets. After traveling around the globe she returned home to Missouri settling in the St. Louis area. She recently graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders. With a love for helping people and impacting those around her, she works from her heart, believing the extra mile is something every couple deserves. When she isn't hard at work coordinating beautiful events, you can find her creative side expanding into the kitchen cooking up a new dish for her, her husband John, and daughter Ruby to enjoy while they watch football or binge a favorite show.
Ali Overstreet, Venue Coordinator
Ali joined the team with a love for being the go-to person for couples on their special day. Ali is born and raised here in Missouri, and received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Digital Media Productions from the University of Central Missouri . Having spent a majority of her time in front of or behind a camera, she has an eye for organization and aesthetic. With her hard work ethic and attentive nature, you can rest assured you have someone you can trust and rely on with Ali as your coordinator, and she doesn’t take this lightly. When she is not contributing social media material for the NHL or working your wedding at Silver Oaks, you can catch her binge watching Star Wars and quoting Marvel movies.
